What originally was a free-time hobby to keep and honour the family tradition has recently gone public. We were present at the very beginning and started with the name creation, followed by corporate identity and print applications.
The name combines the Slovak expression med (honey) and Chamilla (the family's surname–a generation of beekeepers producing local, non-additive honey in sustainable agriculture) and forms a nice word-play, as–etymologically and semiotically–the basis of the word milla in Slovak derives from the verb to love.
