The work for MGYN, a gynaecological ambulatory care, was a tangible experience with service design: consultancy, meetings with the lead doctor listening to his ideas and wishes, followed by research about understanding the needs, emotions, wishes and fears of patients coming to him as the doctor.
Our task was to identify the persona, understand and redefine the user journey, and prepare the research data for the interior architect who further implemented them into the interior design.
Furthermore, we were responsible for the corporate identity, visual communication, and production management. We also led the process of the web site creation and implementation of the online-booking system.
